Session I: High School Position Skills Cost $140
Dates/Times: Columbus:  June 6-8 Girls: 9:00 am-12:00 pm
 
Grade Level:  Entering grades 10-12* Limited Enrollment

*Freshman accepted with Varsity coach’s signature confirming chance of her starting J.V. or playing Varsity as a freshman

 

The Position Skills Camp will provide each athlete comprehensive skill development in his/her position.  The concentration of this camp will be in the advanced technical development of ball handling, passing, and shooting skills, along with strong emphasis in footwork and individual offensive moves in the guard, wing, and post positions.  Skills will be taught in position stations and in a 5 on 5 setting where players will learn to use their skills to effectively interact with the other positions on the floor.  Mental and physical development of the player will be emphasized.  This camp is for the serious high school player who wants to improve his/her game.  Cost includes a quality camp T-shirt and ball.  94Fifty Shooting and Dribbling Skills testing will also be available for an additional fee.


Session II:  The Basketball Academy Cost $140
Dates/Times: Canton: July 16-18 Boys: 8:30-11:30 am
 
Grade Level:  Entering grades 6-9 Limited Enrollment

The Academy will offer 3 days of fundamental skill instruction using teaching stations and competitive situations.  Coaches will instruct the player in basic offensive and defensive skills that will help him develop into a better all-around player.  The camp focus will be on ball handling skills, passing skills, shooting skills, offensive moves, and offensive and defensive footwork skills.  Part of the day will also involve using these skills in developmentally appropriate competition. Cost includes a quality camp T-shirt and ball.  94Fifty Shooting and Dribbling Skills testing will also be available for an additional fee.


Session III: Shooting Camp Cost $120
Dates/Times: Canton:  July 16-17 12:30-3:30 pm
     
  Columbus:  June 6-7 1:00-4:00 pm
     
Grade Level:  COED - Entering grades 5-12 Limited Enrollment

The Shooting Camp will concentrate on all different types of shooting.  Heavy concentration will be placed on proper mechanics and footwork for spot-up shooting; shooting off screens using ball cuts, curl cuts, and flare cuts; and shooting off the dribble.  Players will be placed in appropriate age and skill level groups.

Cost includes a quality camp T-shirt and ball.  94Fifty Shooting Skills Testing will be available for an additional fee.
